Early this evening I took a quick walk in the Bear Creek Greenbelt. Bear Creek is still running fast and high, and brown.
This morning a friend and I walked the Trading Post Trail and the Geologic Overlook Trail at Red Rocks.
We were delighted to hear and see several Yellow-breasted Chats, including this one:

Today I joined a 7-mile birding hike at Ken Caryl Ranch, put on by Denver Field Ornithologists and led by David Suddjian. It was a beautiful day, and we saw 45 species, including these:
